How to set up a return, and our return policy.

How to Return an Item

Click the Account icon and then Returns

The first step in the returns process is to contact the manufacturer of the product(s) you're returning. We provide a full list of manufacturer support numbers.

Read the on-screen, step-by-step instructions - after reading, click the Access RMA Tool button at the bottom of the page.

Select the order you're returning, and then fill out the required information. At the bottom you can attach photos, if relevant. When complete, click "Confirm".

Return Policy

Any single item can be authorized for return within 30 days of invoice with a 10% restocking fee, provided it is a stock item in new, unused and in resalable condition. Any return that is requested after 30 days from original invoice date but before 90 days after original invoicing will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any customer wishing to return an item that was invoiced more than 60 days prior to the return authorization must contact the SECLOCK returns department for review. If accepted, additional restocking fees might apply. Please email info@SECLOCK.com.

SECLOCK will not provide freight for any items being returned for credit and charge-backs will occur at the time of crediting for any freight free orders that are sent back for credit.  

No items will be accepted for credit if the following criteria are not met: 

  • Manufacturers boxes must be clean, unmarked, and in good condition in order to protect the items.

  • All items must be packed in shipping cartons with appropriate packing material. 

  • Products must be returned complete with all components, screw packs, etc. 

  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) paperwork must be included with the return.

  • Products must arrive back within 30 days of the request.

Special Orders

Items that were special ordered or made-to-order for customers will be subject to those individual manufacturers return policies and may or may not be eligible for return. (Cancelling a special, factory order is not considered cancelled until you have received written confirmation from SECLOCK.)

Large Orders 

Any bulk order return that would result in a credit in excess of $1,500 must be approved by SECLOCK management prior to Return Authorization. These returns, if approved, may incur higher restocking fees.

Defective Merchandise 

SECLOCK will assist with any product that has become defective within the specific manufacturer’s warranty period. Warranty terms and conditions differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some manufacturers will not honor warranties unless certain requirements are met, and due diligence performed by customers (such as obtaining service or repair ticket numbers from factory technical support). Specific warranty information can be obtained by contacting SECLOCK or the manufacturers directly. SECLOCK will assume no responsibility for failure to follow manufacturer set guidelines.
