On the SECLOCK.com homepage, use the Account drop down and click on Orders.

Locate the order you want to check the status of and click on the red order number. You can also use the search bar or change the date range to narrow your orders. Use the arrows next to each column header to sort the list.

Under Shipments you can view ship dates on the back ordered items, as well as tracking info if the order has shipped partial. The Items section will show quantity ordered from the vendor and the expected ship date from factory.

If the back ordered item has shipped and tracking is available, it will appear under Drop Shipments.
