How to add a new address, edit an existing address, set a default address, or add/edit an address during the checkout process.

You can easily add new or update existing addresses in your SECLOCK.com account.


Overview

Click on the user icon in the top right and select "Addresses" from the menu. In this section you can add a new, edit an existing, or set your default address.

You can view the addresses you have entered ("Personal"), those your team members have entered ("Team") or all addresses ("All"), by choosing an option at the top of the page. "All" is the default view.

The "Address on File" shown at the top of the list is your billing address and is the default for shipping if no other is set.

*Note: Addresses listed are entered and maintained by you and your team. If you have placed an order outside of SECLOCK.com those addresses will not appear in your account until you have entered them.


Adding a New Address

To add a new address, click on "Add New" in the upper right corner.

Enter the company name and address into the fields.

The "Label" field is free text and can be used for any identifying tags, such as customer number, job number, etc.

If the address is a residence, check the "Residential" box (note that we do not ship to PO Boxes).

Once all information has been entered, click "Add Address". This will save the address in the list.


Editing an Existing Address

To edit an existing address, click on the red company name, or hover over the address and select the "Edit" icon on the right.

The "Edit Address" window will popup. Type in your changes and click "Save Address".

Note: You can only edit addresses that you have entered, not those that teammates have entered. If you need to edit an address someone else has entered, select the "Clone" icon to the right when hovering over the address, type in your changes, and save the address.


Deleting an Address

To delete an address, hover over the address you want to delete. Click the trash can icon.


Setting A Default Address

To set a default address for shipping, hover over the address you want to use. Select "Set Default" on the right side. This will make the selected address the default for shipping.

You can select another address at any time using the same method.

A checkmark will display as the icon for the current default address.


Adding or Changing an Address During Checkout

Addresses can also be modified or added during the checkout process by selecting "Edit Address" or "Add New".

Adding an address during checkout will save this address to your account for future use.
