Did you know that you can manually enter an item number on SECLOCK.com and add it to your cart? This is especially useful if you're ordering Medeco items that aren't displayed on SECLOCK.com for security reasons.

To manually enter an item number, simply navigate to your cart by clicking that Cart icon in the top right.

At the center of your screen, you'll see a field where you can input the item number of your choice. The item number must be entered exactly, including spaces and hyphens.

If entered correctly, you will see a green notification on the bottom-left of your screen that the item has successfully been added to your cart, and you will see the item in the cart. Once displayed in the cart you can view pricing and inventory.

If entered incorrectly, you will get a red notification letting you know that the item number did not match anything in the SECLOCK.com database.

This method can be used for any item on SECLOCK.com, not just those that aren't displayed.
