If your company has products that are restricted specifically to your account, you can access them and purchase online through My Products. This section can be accessed through the account dropdown in the top nav of SECLOCK.com.
Once you have accessed the section, you are presented with restriction groups. For instance, if you have access to the Medeco XXXX keyway (keyway is just an example, not a real one), You will see MEDXXX as a group listed.*
*You will only see restriction groups if you have restricted products set up with us.
You click on the group you want to see, or use the expand [ ] button just next to the group name.
Once you have expanded the group, you will see a list of up to 100 products within that group. Use the search feature to narrow down to the product you are looking for, or scroll to see more.
To purchase online, hover over the product you need, and click the Add to Cart button that appears.

What is a restricted product?
A restricted product is an item that a vendor has granted access to you for purchase. This could be custom or private keyways, key blanks, etc. This access is set up between your company, the vendor and SECLOCK.
Why don't I see anything in My Products?
You must have set up restricted products previously, coordinating with the vendor and SECLOCK. Contact us to learn more.
What is my price for restricted products?
Add the product to your cart to see your price.
Can anyone else see my restricted products?
No, only the accounts attached to your company and SECLOCK employees can see your products.
